At Edgecats, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a clear and structured return process in line with UK consumer regulations.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Orders may be shipped from international warehouses depending on stock availability. Delivery timelines are clearly outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all tags, packaging, and included accessories

  • Free from damage caused by improper use or handling

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

All returns require prior approval from our support team before being sent back.

Return Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • We cover 100% of return or replacement costs

  • A replacement may be issued without requiring the original item to be returned in certain cases

To process your request, we may require clear photos of:

  • The item received

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

Change of Mind (Customer Preference)

If the item is functional but no longer wanted (e.g. style, colour, or size preference):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be approved and assigned a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipment.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted, as our fulfilment operations require proper identification for processing.

Return instructions, including the return address, will be provided after approval.

How to Return an Item

Step 1 – Contact Us
Email support@edgecats.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Step 2 – Receive Authorization
Our team will provide your RMA number along with return instructions.

Step 3 – Prepare the Return
Securely package the item to prevent damage during transit. Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

Step 4 – Ship the Item
Send the return using a tracked shipping service.

We will notify you once your return has been received.

Refund Process

Inspection

Returned items are inspected within 1–2 business days of arrival.

Approval

You will receive confirmation once your refund has been approved.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Fees

We do not charge restocking fees.
Eligible refunds cover the product cost only.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not been received after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or card provider

Exchanges

Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer free replacements for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items

Change of Mind Exchanges

For size, style, or colour changes:

  • The original item must be returned and inspected

  • Once approved, a replacement will be shipped using standard delivery timelines

Return Shipping

Returns should be sent using a tracked courier service such as Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, or Evri.

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as proof of delivery may be required in case of transit issues.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not entered fulfillment.

If the order has already been processed or shipped:

  • Cancellation may not be possible

  • The order can be returned after delivery following the standard return process
