Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes:

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 9–15 business days from the date of order

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by peak periods, public holidays, or remote delivery locations.

6.3 Fulfilment Operations

Orders are dispatched from UK-based fulfilment operations, where items are inspected and securely packaged prior to shipment.

Most deliveries may be completed via safe drop, where the courier leaves the parcel in a secure location. Photo confirmation may be provided.

Where a signature is required, the courier may attempt delivery 1–2 times before redirecting the parcel to a local collection point.

6.7 Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be redirected to a collection point or returned to us. If returned, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

6.8 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate. Address changes may be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Once fulfillment begins, changes may not be possible.

If incorrect information results in failed delivery, we may not be able to recover or replace the parcel.

6.9 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel has been handed to the courier. If tracking indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, we will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges (UK Standards)
